I visited this café today to place an order and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the barista. When I approached the counter, I greeted him, but he just looked at me with an annoyed expression and didn’t say anything. I waited, and only then he asked, “What do you need?” in a rude tone. Throughout the whole interaction he looked irritated, as if serving customers was a burden. At one point he asked me something, I didn’t hear it and politely asked him to repeat — he just waved his hand and made an even more displeased face, as if I was bothering him. This kind of attitude really spoiled my mood and the overall impression of the place. The café itself seems fine, but customer service matters a lot. I hope the management pays attention to staff training, because guests shouldn’t feel unwelcome. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
