Very disappointing experience at the Oman Mall branch. The staff were unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. Laughing at customers and speaking sarcastically is not acceptable customer service at all. We ended up leaving without even ordering. Teach your staff some manners. Won’t be coming back. I had coffe cup from another cafe and as soon as I came close to Caika, the waiter asked me and immediately took the cup without letting me understand. This is absolutely wrong service and if other brand is not allowed. First you need to explain and wait to see the customer's reaction and answer before taking the cup from the hand an running inside to change the cup. I got really upset and left the place. Please teach the waiters some manners how to behave with customers if this is the case of changing cups. Thanks. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
