My experience at Cajun Claws was very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my crab and shrimp seafood boil! The sauce that came with this boil was fantastic and super flavorful! The service provided was excellent and the restaurant itself was very clean. In addition to this, I thought the overall atmosphere of this establishment is very wonderful! I can’t wait to come back soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have discovered that at a Vietnamese Owned cajun themed seafood restaurant in patchouge, raw oysters are served in the Vietnamese style which means along with the oysters you get a 1 oz plastic cup of a sauce made of rice vinegar and sesame oil. There was also a 1 oz plastic cup of what tasted like catsup that may have once been stored in the vicinity of a horse radish jar but could not possibly contain any. I asked the waitress for crackers to go with our 2 dozen oysters and she returned with a plate with 5 ritz type crackers. Fearing that i had been unclear i asked if we could have enough crackers to have one with each each oyster. She seemed confused but eventually returned with 19 (exactly) more crackers. There was an airline drink bottle sized bottle of tabasco on the table so we made do with that and the catsup for a hot
Sauce. When the waitress brought the check i saw two odd items. A $1 for crackers and another $3 charge for crackers. Had i been thinking clearly i would have realized that someone had gone to the effort of programming a 'crackers' item into the computer as a sellable item
