I had a very disappointing experience with Cake Angel. I ordered a specific cake and even provided a photo as a reference. Unfortunately, I received a completely different cake without any explanation. It was only after I followed up I learned that Alison was unable to make the cake I had ordered and should have communicated this beforehand. This was particularly disappointing given that the cake was ordered well in advance. Despite being in touch prior to the collection date, Alison did not consider it important to inform me that she would not be able to make the cake as requested. Meal type: Other Price per person: €100+
