I had ordered a Vanilla cake for a party of a friend. When we got the cake we discovered that cake was vanilla and cardamom. Which was not what we ordered. We went back to inform then there was a mistake but it was ok. But instead the man insisted that that what we ordered and showed us a altered faked receipt and called me a lair in my face. I asked him to repeat what he said. Then we showed the original receipt which he gave us employee interfered and apologized and offer us a free cake the next time we will buy a cake. i rejected the offer. It show how unprofessional that skinny black staff is. Never buying there again. i can get the same price and quality from Munch Bakery over in Tahlia next to dairy queen and the staff there are way better. They know how to treat a customer with respect unlike in Cakery Shop.
