The place may not be super modern and clean. But the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The server gave us extra jamón with our pintxo de tortilla for free. And he even warned us that he wouldn’t recommend the fuet because it was dried, so he recommended the butifarra. He was so nice that he even gave us some grapes at the end! If you want a truly real catalan/spanish road bar experience, you have to come here. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Tantes vegades que havia parat ací fent lo Camí de Santiago a peu i en bici, Manresa-Santiago de Compostela, i Lo Juanito (Juan Rodríguez Galindo) m'havia acollit i tractat com a un de la família. "El de Manresa, tu... Que tal?" Mai oblidaré tot el que ell ha fet per mi. Dit això, veig que fa bastants anys que Cal Juanito ja NO és allò que jo vaig conèixer. Trist veure com les coses empitjoren, però bé...diguem-ne que la vida és això, cada dia i cada generació tot pitjor.
