Maybe they were having a bad night (not busy though) but our take away order took over an hour to prepare. 30mins after we ordered we went in to collect and was told it would be 5mins longer (lie) it was 35mins longer. While we waited we noticed Uber eats drivers coming in and having problems with their orders as well. The pizzas weren’t bad - not amazing but pretty good.still. I ordered a salad and it was really good . Senior management apologised for delay and gave us complimentary soft drinksso maybe they were just having one of those nights where things aren’t going right. Wouldn’t recommend, definitely not authentic Italian. The pizza was a bought base and no flavour. The cannelloni, tasted like a sausage roll in tomato paste. over all tasted like it was all bought from the freezer section. Very odd experience.
