Enjoy Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum by default, the guests' recommendation is to come to this restaurant as well. The Italian menu attracts customers looking for positive impressions. Calafuria offers you perfectly cooked cheese ravioli, gnocchi and calamari. It's a pleasant experience to order good tiramisu, chocolate mousse and panna cotta. Delicious house wine, michelada or limoncello will make your meal better and you'll surely come back. At this place, clients can have great latte.

To start I'm a terrible cook.... But even I could make all the dishes we ate 10x better. The grilled sausage was abysmal. I can't even describe how bad it was and I'm Hungarian, we eat all sorts of sausage. Sent that back and got the ravioli, which is frozen ravioli doused oil and butter. Seriously? I mean a pizza place puts more effort into their ravioli. Wife said her seafood pasta was "edible" and all this for almost $100 with tip. To think these people offer cooking classes is shocking. Tonight was our 2nd time at Calafuria. Service was definitely a miss tonight with the waitresses playing a duel role as hostess, leading to bad estimates on wait times, slower service, and missed timing. The wait was also estimated to be 15-30 minutes but took 50 minutes - the table we were sat at was open when we arrived. Taking reservations would really help the staff be able to plan the timing better and understand the demand for the evening. Good: The food is delicious here, Negronis are always spot on, and they have a fantastic wine menu. Bad: The server we had was clearly not trained well and in way over her head for Saturday service. No introduction of herself, no recommendations given about the menu, she did not know which of the 4 glasses of red wine available were best, plates not cleared before mains arrived, wine ordered with dinner delivered after we finished eating - we sent it back. It’s a shame because we know there are quality servers that work here and know the menu inside/out. Finally, the fact they charge a 3% service charge for using a credit/debit card is a real miss. Just build it into your prices to avoid customers getting upset. Recommendations: Avoid the fried seafood appetizer - only thing on the menu we did not like. Best dishes were the cauliflower au gratin and meatballs. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
