I am very sorry to post this review, but I have no choice but to report what is happening in many leisure and catering establishments and restaurants on the island and I know that the culprits of this are not even the waiters, surely poorly paid and seasonal or customers, but somehow we have to stop this absurd spiral. NOVA DEL MAR only needs a sign at the entrance where it says very clearly and visibly that locals, that is, Spaniards, are not welcome, there is a very brief food menu Pretentious with truly classic dishes and prices that are high to make it clear where you are, a yacht club, surrounded by neighbors with high purchasing power, mostly foreign residents. The wine list is simply a mockery, the bottles start at €33 for an undrinkable Rueda (Mesta) which at the price of a glass costs €7, that is to say what the entire bottle almost costs at RRP on some website or supermarket, an Albariño at €8 a glass and what is Re-Traca is the red, an Ederra Crianza, at another €6 a glass, its price in the El Corte Ingles supermarket is €6.90 today ( the bottle).
