The fact that it's a buidling and that it's air conditoned are great. The prices are outrageous, though. For example, three chicken strips cost nearly nine dollars. The food itself wasn't great, either, it was just okay and could was a bit too cold for my liking. The way that they serve food could be a little more organized, but it wasn't horrible. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
I would give it a zero star if i could. My personal experience today was so upsetting. Workers are always kind and understanding but the food was the biggest regret of my life. As a teenager I will eat anything but the food I received was so inedible. I spent most of my allowance on food that went to waste. Chicken strips combo. The chicken wasn’t even chicken. It’s was so burnt and probably old because it was extremely dry, hard and inedible. Moved onto my fries and goodness I was in disbelief that I spent $16 whilst I was so hungry just for my money to go down the drain. There were no potatoes in my fries. I even took pictures for proof so someone could believe how ridiculous this is. Fries were rock hard, so salty. My drink was what I filled my stomach with but even then it was so flat and the fountain I got it from was broken so I was barely getting my drink. It was spraying everywhere and just so chaotic. When I mentioned to one of the workers how hard the chicken was, they brushed it off and said “that happens sometimes”. I wish I could get a refund. Don’t go to this place. No matter how hungry you are it’s not worth it. $16 down the drain on “food” that went to the trash. Won’t be visiting Calaway park again. It’s a money grab. Or at least bring food from home. Parents are right, don’t waste your money and never on Calaway park food.
Burger patty was mostly cold and dried out. Burger itself and toppings were fresh. We ordered onion rings and had to ask to exchange them as they were doughy. Fries were not great but not bad. The worst was the chicken strips. The flavour was downright bad. Plus it was expensive. $15 for a combo.
