Having been a customer from the very beginning, I can honestly say the quality, consistency, and authenticity have always been outstanding. The flavours genuinely transport you back to Kolkata. For anyone searching for authentic Bengali cuisine outside West Bengal, Calcutta Cravings is a must-try. Whether it’s the biriyani, rezala, fish curry, chicken or mutton dishes, kebabs, cutlets/chops, or sweets — every item is prepared with remarkable attention to detail and flavour. Very disappointing. I called today as soon as they open to get a delivery. They told me that delivery would be able after 5pm so I waited all day. When I placed my order around 8pm there was no delivery so I called them and they were not aware of it even if they charged me. The lady on the phone keep saying that she will find out about the situation and call back she never did. When I finally talked to her she said that they don’t do delivery and they were busy hosting a buffet at the restaurant. Unacceptable. Will never order from them again. They are not serious and have 0 per cent customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thanks for your review. Firstly you have given a 1 star review for food, atmosphere and service whereas you did not buy any food nor did you visit the restaurant, hence this is completely unjustified. As for your complaint you were clearly informed that we were very busy yesterday and not in a position to accept any delivery orders.We value our customers immensely and suggest you visit our restaurant and am sure you wont be disappointed as is obvious from the number of 5 star reviews we have!
