Caldera is absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious, the drinks are in abundance, and the staff are very warm and friendly. There's nothing I could fault; we were discussing our next visit as we left, because we enjoyed Caldera so much. Our waiter was Alex, who was as attentive as you could wish. Asked how everything was going; made sure we didn't run out of drinks, but wasn't pushy about getting us more, and let us know we could ask him for anything if needed. And I'm sorry that I didn't catch the gentleman behind the bar's name, but he welcomed us, checked on us during the meal, and said goodbye to us, and showed a genuine warmth towards us. In terms of food, we ordered the sharing nachos (which were a real sharing portion!), the baja fish tacos, and the short rib DIY tacos. It was all delicious. The short rib melted off the bone; the fish was delicate; the nachos were topped with everything you could want. We also ordered the unlimited margaritas for two people; you can choose from four different flavours, and for us we were served the margarita in a sharing jug. We went to the restaurant for the margarita offer, and it was great. We tried the spicy, passion fruit, and strawberry margs and they were all unique and delicious. We look forward to going back to try the other margaritas Caldera offers. I truly believe it was as nice a restaurant experience as you can get.
