Upon entering, everyone looked at me but no one spoke, which made the experience feel a bit unwelcoming—especially since it was my first time at Cali Burger. I ordered a burger and onion rings. The onion rings were more like Burger King quality; I was expecting something more like beer-battered. I also didn’t feel comfortable asking questions because the cashier (an older gentleman) didn’t come across as very pleasant. No sauces were offered with the onion rings, and I ended up waiting a couple of minutes while the staff behind the counter walked back and forth without much direction.
