Although the hamburger was delicious, the attitude of the cashier (I believe she was a woman) was not good. Perhaps because my friend and I are Japanese, she seemed to assume that we could not speak English and treated us differently from other guests. Even though I was already waiting near the register, she prioritized a male customer who came after me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When the hamburgers were brought to our table, they were simply placed down without stating the name of the items. As a result, my friend and I were confused about which burger belonged to whom. Normally, I believe the staff should mention the name of the burger before placing it on the table. I am a Japanese person who can speak English, so I was surprised and disappointed to receive such unpleasant service in Japan. Additionally, the music inside the restaurant was very loud, making it difficult to relax. I don’t think I will visit the Echo Land Calico again. Great Australian coffee and food, alongside somewhat typical Australian service including the occasionally surly waiter or waitress. Overall very solid place. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner
