1/5 Stars – Terrible Customer Service & Wrong Orders I used to order breakfast delivery from Calicut vibe every single day, but the service over the last few months has completely gone downhill. The person taking phone calls constantly gets my order wrong—delivering completely different items than what I requested. To make matters worse, whenever I call back to point out the mistake, he blames me instead of taking responsibility or fixing it. It is extremely frustrating to treat a loyal, daily customer with such disrespect. Management needs to address this phone operator immediately, because his bad attitude and careless service are driving regulars away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
