The price is certainly enough for the quantity of food, but definitely not the quality. I ordered the birria ramen to go, which tasted fine overall, though it seemed like the meat was a little harder to chew and consommé was relatively weak (it was more like a salty soup, rather than a rich broth like a good birria should be). In addition, I ordered in store during a slow part of the night after 9:00 pm, but the order took much longer than I expected (roughly 20 min) given that nobody else came in to order or pick up food. I wouldn't be opposed to eating here again, but it does leave something to be desired in terms of service. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out

Caliente, I want to give you an honest 5 because your food is so so good, but every time I order from door dash I am disappointed. Something is always missing when I order from doordash. I used to get the birria torta, but then ingredients I requested were missing. Yesterday I tried the nachos. They were delicious! Except they didn’t come with the guac or birria sauce I asked for. It is very frustrating because the food is so good but if elements are missing, I’m wasting my money and time. Food: 5 Service: 2
