Horrible. Missing food, had to get up and go get our own food making 3 trips to the counter myself with no help. Kids fruit cup looked like the fruit was days old. Disgusting. Staff tries to not even acknowledge you. You feel invisible. I can tell by the other reviews there isn’t a manager or owner that gives a crap though. Will never be back. Spent $63 on crap! Could’ve went anywhere close by and ate and had a waiter for this price Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could leave a -10 I would. They made me feel as though we were invisible. She walked by us several times and didn't even knowledge that we were there. There was 1 order for pickup and us. The us absolutely no need for this. We waited for about 10mins. We used the disgusting bathrooms and left without eating. Handicap stall doesn't even have a lock on the door. I mainly eat at McAllister the most. I WILL NEVER AGAIN EAT HERE!!!! BEYOND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANNESS Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First experience at McAlister's Deli. Great food(the most delicious Cobb salad) great service and the restaurant was clean. Restrooms could use an update as a lot of the equipment was old and worn. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30
