Maybe the owner will cry about it… again. It’s like nails on a chalkboard. The standards are back to being trash. The "family legacy" is a red herring for ratings. It's another case of a family inheriting a successful restaurant and none of them have any true culinary experience or management/ operational skills. It will be sold or out of business within the year. But hey, thanks for two weeks of drama. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We were able to visit Callahan's Seafood bar & Grill tonight, 3/12/25. The 2nd day after there reopening. They renovated the interior of the restaurant and a new menu. The rumors are that Gordon came in and filmed for a show of his. We met with one of the owners tonight. She was very nice, friendly, and was very informational about the restaurant and new menu. She did confirm that there was some professional help creating the new menu (Im assuming it was the celebrity chef). We will have more videos and info on Instagram and YouTube of our night at Callahan's! It was a great night out. The food, staff, and atmosphere was great! From the coffee to the homemade desserts, this place is a must visit no matter if you're a local or just passing through! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
