The most atmospheric hookah bar in Riga. Excellent staff. The hookah is top-notch. I'd especially like to mention the Royal Hot Philadelphia - they're better than any sushi bar. Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were regular customers, coming here several times a month, and had recommended this place to several people, amounting to total of 7 people, always ordering hookah, always ordering drinks, always ordering food. Last time, the hookah was off, it tasted like coal, I went to the staff to ask them to sample it themselves. The guy did say "peregrela"(overburned), I specifically asked if it can be changed for *free* without extra costs, since it was a bad product, they said yes. Then the tab came, and of course, they charged for the exchanged hookah as if we had ordered another hookah and not a replacement for a bad product, like they told me. So they made a bad product, lied, in exchange for what... they got extra 20$ and 100% lost at least half of the before mentioned 7 loyal costumers if not all of them. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely the best hookah place in the city! Calliano has an amazing vibe — cozy, stylish, and perfect for spending time with friends. The staff is always super friendly and professional, and their advice on choosing flavors is really helpful. You can tell they care about the quality and the guest experience. Highly recommend this place — you won’t find a better hookah lounge in town! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
