Tried the Crispy Meatbox today. Honestly, it was disappointing. Some of the chicken pieces seemed over-fried and tasted burnt. The quality and quantity both felt lower than what I used to get before. Service wasn't great either. The waiters were too busy to even listen to complaints. We were also told that the A.7 combo package wasn't available, but the table beside us was served the same combo. There were some unnecessary issues with seating as well. I don't usually post negative reviews, but this was genuinely a poor experience. I hope the management works on these issues because there are plenty of alternatives now, and experiences like this can hurt the brand's reputation. Callisto, Rajshahi:. Nice and cozy interior; good for friends/family hangouts. Food is tasty overall, especially tandoori items and set menus. Menu has good variety: pizza, burgers, fried chicken, rice items. Service can be slow during busy hours. Cleanliness is okay but could be improved. Good value for money.
