Best cafe in aqaba!! We watched 2 games there and it was fantastic.. the staff is outstanding, they were so friendly taking into account we were 25 people with different “special orders “ Shisha is very good too! Absolutely appalling experience. I made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, the staff claimed there was no booking under my name. After making me wait, they miraculously 'found' my reservation—only to tell me that the cafe was completely full and they had no tables available for me! What is the exact point of having a reservation system if you cannot honor it? Extremely disorganized management, terrible customer service, and a complete waste of my time. Dear Fares, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you left disappointed. We would like to clarify that your reservation was specifically made for the football match, and at the time of booking you were informed that guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before kickoff to secure their reserved table. After the match started, we attempted to contact you four times, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. You arrived approximately 20 minutes after the match had already begun, by which time the reserved table had been released to accommodate waiting guests. We always do our best to honor reservations, but during major sporting events we must apply the same reservation policy fairly to all guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
