I celebrated my 31st birthday at Camaleón Tulum Rooftop on April 17, 2025, and it was so perfect that we came back again on our last night in Tulum! From start to finish, everything was incredible. The guacamole was the perfect starter—fresh, flavorful, and addicting. I ordered the Las Chilangas, and they did not disappoint—absolutely delicious. The rooftop pool view was immaculate, and the whole atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, yet vibrant. The DJ was on point, spinning a perfect blend of Spanish hits and West Coast classics that kept the energy up all night. The vibe was truly unmatched—Camaleón Tulum is a must if you’re in town!
