Our staff is always available to assist with any concerns, and we're glad our team was able to help you manage the situation and arrange repairs despite the language barrier. However, we must acknowledge that our parking area is not under continuous surveillance or active monitoring. While we have security cameras on the property, they are not monitored in real-time, and our parking lot is accessible to the public. This is precisely why we strongly recommend that guests do not leave any visible items in their vehicles. All luggage and valuables should be removed from sight and brought directly to your room upon arrival, where they are much more secure. We understand this incident has left you shaken, and we genuinely regret that this happened during your stay. We will review our security protocols and consider how we can better communicate parking safety guidelines to our guests.
