It’s such a disappointment. We are a group of friends visiting and booked this restaurant two weeks in advance and drove half an hour to get here trying to get the suckling pig. We got to the restaurant when it just opened for lunch, we have our table ready. But as soon as we sat down they told us theres no suckling pig today. It was a bummer because we came to have the Mallorca experience especially the suckling pig. We are not aware if it needs to book ahead of time. We ended up order something else in the menu. During the time of dining, we saw two other tables were served suckling pig. It’s really disappointing that the restaurant would serve other table suckling pig but not us. Not sure. If it’s because we are visitors that only reserve for locals. Or it’s reserved but it’s never mentioned that we need to reserve in advance when i made the reservation. It’s a huge let down that they treat us differently. For the visitors, I would recommend to ask them ahead of time if you have anything in particular you want before going there. I’ve written hundreds reviews on Google I do not false assure any business. The business did not want to take the blame but instead blaming on me shows the worst attitude of how they treat customers. The explanation is completely inaccurate, he mentioned about its prepared every morning and served all day only have two portion left when we got there is an excuse. Instead of an apology , writing a story trying to blame the customer for accusation. Third Comment to owners comment refusing to acknowledge their problem, shows how terrible this business treats customers. I added a photo of the restaurant with time stamp showing the time and date we arrive. You are the judge, let the owner lie.
