You can always degust good salads and perfectly cooked cheese bread at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Canada Grill Altrincham. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is cute here. A number of reviewers say that the service is cool. Fair prices are something that should be noted about this place. The lovely atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! on arrival to this store the man was unfriendly, unprofessional,and aggressive like me being there giving him business was a problem. Food was stale,cold and tasteless,when i asked for ketchup HE SLAMMED THE KETCHUP on the counter aggressively I then proceeded to ask for a fork as i did not want to believe he was being that rude,he proceeded again to SLAMMED THE FORK on the counter Unacceptable behavior and customer service. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Price is reasonable as far as Altrincham goes but still not cheap and food is absolutely standard quality. My main issue is that they ignore requests almost every single time. For example, if you ask for no sauce on a burger it's almost as though they make it a mission to put as much of that sauce on as possible. I say this as I have just ordered a burger only 5 minutes ago and emphasized that I don't want a certain sauce only for me to get home and find that they have covered the burger in the exact same sauce that I asked them not to... once again.

Ordered chicken burger at roughly 1:40 AM paid the person at the till, he charged me more than what was listed on the menu but it was only by 10 pence so assumed the prices went up so didn't question it. I waited 5 minutes and asked for an update on how long it would be, they then asked about everyone who worked there who served me, they all said they didn't receive the order, they then checked their receipts and there was nothing. I demanded for the to check their CCTV for several minutes before I question whether it was actually legitimate to which they said it was fake, they said "our CCTV is our receipts" which is rediculous, there is no proof, there is no way they can prove they take every order through the till, they took my money and bluntly said that I didn't order anything, there is no way they can prove it however the fact they have fake CCTV shows that I cannot prove it, I am not just simply going to back down, it is theft, taking my money and not supplying me with what I paid for. I am never giving a penny to Canada grill Altrincham ever again.
