Canary Restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The food, especially the Gheymeh (split pea stew), has an incredible nostalgic flavor — it’s like stepping into a time capsule where everything is beautifully frozen in time. What really surprised me was the service. Despite being a classic spot, their staff is more polite and attentive than many so-called luxury restaurants. You can feel the genuine hospitality in every interaction. If you’re looking for a place with authentic taste, a cool retro vibe, and surprisingly excellent service, Canary is a must-visit.
