Believe all of these great reviews. This unassuming Canastas Chicken location in this out-of-the-way shopping center is an incredible find. I’ve been getting take-out, pick up, and going to eat here for a few years now and it’s always DELICIOUS and honestly a very good price for the quality. I get the whole chicken with 2 large sides to split with a friend. I often get the Peruvian rice and beans, and green beans as sides. I love their fried yucca, they often cook it fresh when I order. Their key item is of course the roasted chicken which has always been cooked well, not over seasoned, and served hot. To end my meal I usually get an order of the sweet plantains - which are always moist, flavorful, and just a little burned which I love. Do not let the humble outside of this location turn you away - you want what they are selling.
