I was stationed at Ft. Wainwright from 1991-1995. I currently live in Southwestern Virginia and often think about C&J's. I would go out with the guys and return back to the barracks and order either the Alaskan or Alaskan Supreme burger all the time. This is by far my favorite burger of all time. I think about it all the time and I'm salivating at this moment. I wonder if the ownership is the same and if they make these burgers the same way? I remember the checkered like wrapping paper and baskets. Based off the photos I see, it looks like them. Boy, do I wish I could go there and get me one. I may try to call them and see if they can ship me one. I’m willing to pay $100 for this burger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Impressive! Never knew that this place has good food! Definitely enjoyed the mushroom swiss amd bacon burger, the fries is surprisingly crispy! Will come back again to try the philly cheesesteaks and some cake slices! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

C&J's Drive In has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember! The wait staff is amazing and always give a warm welcome! You definitely need to enjoy a drink from one of the giant frosted mugs in this summer heat! Their burgers are soooo delicious and I love the fried fish too! If you love that retro drive in feeling, you're going to love C&J's!
