Food: The quality of the food has deteriorated. How is it possible to order a plate of ajiaco and bring a soup with shredded chicken to the table. The male waiters are inattentive and do not bother to clear the plates with leftovers from the table. Also different is the excellent service that I have received for a long time in Candilejas del Parque de la Ceja and the excellent service now in the restaurant, del Carmen de Viboral. As other comments here report, the site is bad and dangerous. There are several things: 1. The service is very slow, even though there were only 2 tables occupied. To begin with, we ordered some chinchulines that took 35 minutes, when they arrived they were burnt and poorly presented, not to mention the taste, it was tremendously bad. 2. The staff service was terrible. They weren't worried about attending, they were talking about scheduling a farm where they would go for a walk. 3. With all of the above, and while we were already at the table about to leave, a person came from the street to consume psychoactive substances at the place, right next to our table. In fact, he was bothering us, however, and despite that all employees expressly realized, decided to tolerate said person's behavior. I insist: this place is bad and dangerous.
