We went in on a Saturday afternoon just after opening and were so pleased with our experience. Fantastic food that was super fresh, there were only a few tables of people as they’d just opened. We didn’t try any of the drinks as they were a bit pricey. But there was good football (no sound but a good thing) on TV and fantastic music playing. Waiters were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and we’re keen to go again and also try it when it’s more lively later in night. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious starters but not mains. Dietary restrictions: A few gluten free starters and a few mains. They have a binder so made it easy to learn and decide.

We found the best pub with dance floor in Edinburgh! I was on the lookout for latin music and dance and found Baruno by chance. The staff served us super fast and were very kind (behind the bar as well as security out front). We danced bachata, salsa, merengue and latin club music and danced with random strangers. Total safe space and super ambiance. Would 100% recommend for anyone who wants a good night in Edinburgh (entree fee 8£). Price per person: £40–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this place completely by accident, but man, am I glad we did. It’s an awesome spot for some late-night food—everything we ordered was completely on point. Even for a late-night shift, the service was great and super attentive. Plus, the music was good and really made the vibe. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Price per person: £20–30
