I came to Canella specifically because of how appealing the loaded fries looked on your Instagram ads, but unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. The fries were poorly done and very hard, making them difficult to chew. I had requested extra cheese, but there was barely any visible. The beef did not taste fresh and had an unpleasant oily/fatty aftertaste. Overall, the dish lacked flavour and everything felt overcooked and tough. The marketing is quite misleading, the food served does not meet the standard set by the ads. There is a serious need to align the actual product with what is being promoted. I won’t even get into the hibiscus lemon drink. Very disappointing experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: KES 1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
