I like tartare but in Rome, and in Italy in general, it is difficult to find it. If you are like me, go to Cantera Parioli. You will find various types of tartare and, with the excuse of calling it Sushi, other preparations for all tastes. Nice place, great food, friendly waiters. I thought I would have paid more, but the price compared to the quality is also more than reasonable.
