A Sunday morning among the authentic flavors of Etna! Cantine Nicosia in Trecastagni is an ideal destination for those who love Etna wines and local cuisine. The location is well-kept and welcoming. The dishes offered stand out for the quality of local ingredients, with particular attention to typical flavors such as mushrooms and Nebrodi black pig, perfectly paired with the house wines. A menu designed to enhance local products, with a touch of refinement that is never excessive. Among the courses, the risotto was particularly appreciated, so delicious that the second step was appreciated! The staff is attentive and friendly, and the visit to the cellars was pleasant and well organised, with a helpful and knowledgeable guide. A recommended experience for those looking for authentic cuisine and quality wines in a well-kept context.

A very pleasant Sunday morning spent visiting the Trecastagni winery and tasting excellent Etna wines with a four-course chef's lunch full of autumnal flavors and aromas.

My family and I visited this beautiful winery during our vacation in Italy. Initially, we had some trouble making a reservation because the website wasn’t updated with the winery’s opening hours. However, the visit more than made up for it. The tour was both amazing and fascinating. After the tour, we tasted four different wines, all of which were excellent, and the explanations for each one were informative. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend visiting this place.
