Canton Chinese Restaurant, Me & my daughter had came here for dinner so we both had gotten the dinner combinations the #2 & it was so much food & everything was so delicious & she got water & I got the ice tea (it was a little bitter) but with a little help from a slice of lemon made it so much better! Because the soda machine was not working at the time but later on it was working again. Our servicer she was good & on it & the food came out right away after ordering it one thing after another! Blam! Blam! Before we could even finish our soup & our appitzers for the combination & then the main course was here! 's & %+ Great Job! Why oh why can the people who answer the phones be nicer to the customers???
I have been a customer of Canton’s since the day they open. MY congregation used to have meetings there. I would take my parents from Southern California there. I would eat there with my own family at least once a week if not more. I would bring friends from living in Visalia to eat at Canton who have never eaten good Chinese food that have live in Visalia all there lives to eat there. So why is it when I called to place an order that I get the LAUGHED at from the person who is answering the phone??? I could not remember a word and I get LAUGHED at? And now not being able to get my dinner I want to order. I am not asking for much, just two entrées but yet when I ask for the entrées I get LAUGHED AT by the person on the other end of the phone because I could not remember the name “black bean sauce.”
This is during Covid. I am old.
I have not gone out to eat nor ordered in for a very very very long time. For the person who works at Canton and LAUGHED at me should be fired. I am a customer I am not your friend to LAUGH at. I am a customer. And now I won’t be ordering from Canton anymore and I’ll be making sure ALL my friends knows what transpired and that I was LAUGHED at. Not good for business. I will make sure all my friends know and every site that write on to let everyone know how disrespectful Canton employees are when a customer that’s been eating AND ordering food their food for many many many years gets left out because they could not remember one word.
Shame on you Canton employees for being disrespectful. If it was the other way around you would be just as UPSET as I am. And you might even yell discrimination if I was taking that order and LAUGHED at you.
