The ginger chicken is absolutely.....inedible.
Every year we order this item and it is always very rubbery and tough. It appears to be made from anything but chicken. Do not order the ginger chicken, it's terrible.

Canton Kitchen is the only place in Red Deer that we will order Chinese food from. The customer service is excellent, prices are very good, delivery time is very reasonable and the food is always always hot and delicious. In the 8 years we have been ordering from them I have never had one complaint. I have recommended Canton Kitchen to many family and friends and they aren’t disappointed. The Ginger beef is by far the best.

Sorry, but the food was awful. The sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken were both way over cooked, as was the chicken in the chicken fried rice, was like biting into rocks. Our first and last encounter with this restaurant.
