Absolute shocker. Ordered from Canton this evening. Received stale prawn crackers. Egg fried rice with one flake of egg at best. And an incorrect dish. Called to complain but was told re rice “this is how we do it”. Re crackers “sorry but we have no one else to deliver new ones” and re incorrect dish... a whole argument about what colour the sauce was! Rather than even comprehend that the incorrect dish could have been sent out, Canton preferred to argue with me that the chef had cooked the correct dish and that they would give me 10% off my next order. No apology, no reimbursement, no correct dish sent to my door. Terrible customer service. Terrible food. Terrible experience. Keep the 10% and use it towards your next shopping trip to buy some eggs.
