Customer service goes out the window in this establishment,crispy pancake rolls were as soggy as wet sponge with grease,got order wrong,when complained on the phone attitude from the young guy answering his reply only okay,when returned to the shop the money was almost thrown at me from the female,would strongly give this a miss and giving one star is being over generous,they also charge 40p if order is below £10 and using a card which is against the law, I will be taking this further with authorities. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The quality of the food has been deteriorating at Canton House over recent months. Pity because I've used this place regularly for many years and it's always been consistently good quality. Started to deteriorate when it changed hands. Wont be going back.

Got chicken chowmein, was totally watery, barely any noodles and chicken was so chewy. Also was £9.45 for portion of chowmein and a curry sauce. Was charged the £0.40 for paying by card despite asking on the phone if this was the case and being told no. Won't be back
