We went with friends for the crime dinner on 02/3/24. Worst experience in a restaurant, almost a scam. An embarrassing situation, rude staff, terrible and low quality food, as well as not being consistent with the agreed menu. Cold place. At 11pm, we left. Demanding a refund. They refunded us only part of the sum spent on site (the cost of the reservation remained with the organizing body, experienze.it). We went with some friends for the "Murder Dinner" themed evening. Nothing to say about the show and the actors, as far as their part is concerned they were good, (until halfway through the show) then we left the place, we couldn't take it anymore. Given that the place, as nice as it may be, was cold, literally, people were still wearing their jackets. Not even a hint of the starter, after half an hour of sitting looking at each other and eating stale bread, the first "course" arrived... literally 10 grains of mushroom risotto, but not to everyone, just to a select few, the others had to stick to the "tram" and observe, with quite a bit of hunger, the others eating. After 1 hour and a half the second course arrived, the penne with sauce and cream, which wasn't even listed on the set menu... in reality there should have been cannelloni; What's more, they never arrived, they probably ate them, who knows. After being there for 3 hours we decided to leave, as other tables had already left before us. Bad in everything, very cheap dishes and terrible service, a waitress for an event like this is crazy, an evening that grabs easy money, but certainly not a smart move, after all none of the people present liked the treatment, which moreover paid 40 € per head, for nothing.
