Is the ATM only accessible during business hours even though the cafe is temporarily closed? The bank card should allow you into the vestibule yet IT DOES NOT UGHHH!! Hours posted M-F 7am-7pm SAT 8-7 SUN 9-5. This door being the only ATM in the city should be accessible 24 hours for valid card holders.

I’m going to need you guys to lock in and get my blueberry ube back in stock. It’s been weeks. I was offered a strawberry latte of some sort as a replacement and it was god awful. The tropical mocha sufficed but how in any way is that similar to what I wanted. There was also that one day their espresso machine broke and people were given a 1.5hr wait. I luckily got my coffee before that happened. As a high volume location, you’d think they would take care of their stock and equipment.

My first visit to Capital One Café definitely did not disappoint! I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was absolutely delicious smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from Jay. He was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite surprises was learning that Capital One cardholders receive 50% off specialty drinks when paying with a Capital One credit or debit card. That’s an amazing perk and makes grabbing a quality coffee even more worthwhile. Whether you’re looking for a place to work, catch up with a friend, or simply enjoy a great cup of coffee, I highly recommend stopping by Capital One Café. I’ll definitely be back!
