Absolutely fantastic chinese restaurant. Food is amazing. Gluten free options outstanding. Service is second to non and atmosphere was excellent. You know its good by the amount of chinese people eating there. Gluten-free chinese Definitely recomended this restaurant. Food was delicious, staff very attentive and overall a superb service. GF duck, mushroom and bean shoots with egg fried rice 100%. Absolutely scandalous. Grossly over-priced for mediocre Chinese food. We have lived away from the Wirral for 10 years and the Capitol was the go-to. We had takeaway tonight and are actually pretty outraged at the price compared to the quality. Starters taste like they were from Iceland and the mains were mostly sauce with cheap veg and very little meat. Avoid and go to the local chippy for a better Chinese meal!
