I'd been looking for a midday healthy food option to beat the soup and sandwich/heavy lunch routine, and Capitol Nutrition delivers! Their shakes are delicious and the teas give me just the natural energy boost I need to finish out my day strong. Austin knows his stuff has a good thing going here. I'll definitely be back and likely become their newest regular. Can't wait to see them expand their offering to include more variety.
