We chose Capolinea because of its proximity to the stadium and arena district. The service was phenomenal from the maître d’ to our server Miraca and all of the auxiliary staff who so expertly described our dishes and made sure we wanted for nothing. The food was mostly superb. I got the tasting and felt the number of courses and portions were quite filling. The focaccia bread and liguri were wonderful, and the wagyu was delicious. Definitely the standouts. I did feel the calamari was lackluster, as it was cooked well but was rather bland compared to the other dishes. The atmosphere seemed somewhat mixed, as the decor and views were absolutely striking but were somewhat diminished by a slightly wobbly table and the casual dress code (no doubt a product of being located in a chain hotel). A huge perk of eating here is the valet parking validation, considering how expensive parking is in the area. An 18% gratuity was added to our bill, which our server made sure to point out before paying, although the service deserved more in my opinion. This was definitely a positive experience overall and I recommend Capolinea to anyone staying at the Signia or attending an event nearby. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $90–100
