Many people suppose that the staff is nice at this restaurant. Most guests think that the service is terrific. The atmosphere is calm, as clients find it. But Cappello has been rated below average by Google.

The interior is nice, good view to the city. Service is very bad. The waiters are around but they never pay attention to people. I had to ask the cleaning guy to call the waiter to place my order after waiting long time (they were around but not really looking at customers). Same issue with shisha, they placed it and never checked again on coal. The food quality was ok (small portion, ice cold mash potato), shisha is very bad. Price per person: IQD 35–40K Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
