Hello Ruff n Rusty, We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, especially after being long-term customers of ours. That makes it even more disappointing and heartbreaking to read. Firstly, We’re sorry the meal didn’t meet expectations-Particularly on an important evening during Ramadan. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver. We(Owner) did attempt to reach out via text and phone for opportunity to make things right, however we were unable to connect. We also ensured a full refund was processed promptly through uber eats. We take feedbacks seriously particularly from returning customers such as yourself.
