Why are you closed early before dinner time on Tuesday and closed all Wednesday. You don't expect people to order sandwiches during week nights. This location is very unprofessional and lost a customer. The locations in vegas are open on Tuesday night and Wednesday? Why is laughlin so incapable of running a restaurant. Why are your employees unable to run a restaurant or make sandwiches properly. Your reviews are horrendous. Learn how to run a restaurant at this rate you'll be closed everyday. Extremely long wait after ordering & only 1 other customer there. Why ?? Wasn't crowded. Had THE Bobbie & Turkey very dry & crunchy. After eating I asked for a piece of tape to wrap my leftover to take & he looked at me very strange. This was our first & last time at this sandwich shop. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Carolyn, we're sorry to hear about your experience at Capriotti's. We understand how frustrating it can be to face long wait times, especially when the restaurant is not crowded. Additionally, we regret that your Bobbie and Homemade Turkey subs were not up to the quality we strive for. Your feedback is important, and we will address these concerns with our team. Please fill out this form when you have the time https://go.momos.com/dR7dT so we can follow up with you directly.

Decided to have lunch at Capriotti's Sandwich shop in the Edgewater casino. We were relieved when we walked up and there was not a line. The cashier was talking to a manager and said she would be right with us. After standing there for about five minutes and listening to her conversation and her pretty much complain about another employee and still have not taken our order we told her we would go eat somewhere else if they were too busy to take her order and both her and the manager looked at us and said OK and let us walk away.
