I love Capriotti’s but the location in the Sante Fe is horrible. The food is good, but the service is atrocious. For some reason this location always takes forever. It should not take 20 minutes for a sandwich when your employees are standing around with nothing to do. It has happened multiple times now and I won’t eat at this location again. Shut this location down or retrain the staff to be better. Changing this to 1 star. Get new staff, now maybe I just won’t go to any Capriotti’s again.
