To try perfectly cooked philly cheese steaks, turkey and coleslaw is a truly good idea. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Most guests point out that the service is terrific. Here you will pay affordable prices. A number of visitors are faithful to this fast food because of the lovely atmosphere. But google users rated Capriotti's Sandwich Shop and it didn't earn a high rating.

I always throw these guys a few bucks for “beer money” but the kid at the register was so rude I couldn’t bring myself to do it. No greeting, no facial expression, just spit out the total. Didn’t even get my name, just left the sandwich by the register for me to find. First 3 bites were all bread. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you like Capriotti's as much as I do ,do not ever go to this restaurant I repeat do not ever go here, all of our orders were wrong there were hot peppers on sandwiches belonging to people that can't eat hot peppers and the chef was high and rude and barked at my mom this place is the laughing stock of Capriotti's Sandwich shops, I have absolutely no idea why it has not been shut down already, I actually complain to their corporate office and they did reply but did nothing
