This was the first restaurant I visited in Akure, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor and the hygiene, especially in the Africana section, was questionable. I went with a friend who ordered kpomo that was extremely hard to chew despite how expensive it was, while mine was soft but tasted stale. The meat pie filling also looked more like potato pudding than a proper meat pie filling. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place. Captain Cook has been my best fast food plug and I have never had any reason to complain until this evening,I was really hurt ,the only thing I could do was to call the manager,and within two minutes,the manager sorted and calm the situation completely down,I was even really upset while talking to him but he didn't mind the way I expressed myself,he acted so professional,you are the best sir,this country can still be better if we all behaved well. And I'm really so sorry to allow the situation overwhelmed me. One love
