Today September 8, 2026 I went through the drive-through location. I opened my order and at the bottom of my box. I see two baby dead roaches. I don’t know how this happened. I tried to speak to a supervisor KYONNA NOTIFIED ME THAT SHE DID NOT SEE IT WHEN PACKAGING MY FOOD I AM LIVID I PRAY NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS EXPERIENCE! At 10:30 the lady came to door an said they would not be open soon man had just got there to turn on fryers . She didn't know when they would open. Drove all the way from Columbia. The ones in Columbia they really suck so we drove all the way there to get told that they was not opening we're just about to give up on all of Captain D's
