My food was absolutely delicious it was fresh and hot and didn't take long at all but I'm assuming she might be the manager ? but there is a lady of Caucasian descent with glasses that is just so loud extremely obnoxiously loud for no reason but she gave me great customer service but I just feel like it was no reason to talk and be that loud nonstop! couldn't hear the music and I was literally the only one in there for a few minutes until two people came behind me. She also didn't ask me if I was eating in but the older couple behind me she brought their food to their table and told them to let her know if they needed anything and also cleaned there table. I DIDN'T get any of that service, mind you I'm handicapped with a broke foot and she didn't bother to check on me. I didn't get a tray insinuating that I was eating in because she didn't ask but it's okay like I said the food was good just couldn't hear myself think or couldn't hear the music because she was just talking and laughing so loud entire city to hear Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2 fish and shrimp meals. However, my mother's food was subpar. The fish batter was not fully cooked. When my mom bit into the fish, it was gummy. The interior of the baked potato was brown. The corn on the cob was overcooked, tough and chewy. The hush puppies were overcooked in which burned bits of batter was stuck to the hush puppies. I have frequent this Captain D's location several times. Customer service ️, food quality ️, and restaurant appearance ️ are always on point. However, they failed to meet expectations on this order. With that said, my mother was unable to enjoy this meal. I did make several attempts to speak to a manager, but there was not an option to leave a voice-mail. I hope this is an isolated experience and not indicative of future orders. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30
